DomDomSoft Manga Downloader version 2.6.8 release
In this release:
- “DomDomSoft Manga Downloader does not show” bug fixed (again). Only some users have had this problem, maybe because Windows UI problems.
- Change begin date format to “yyyy/mm/dd” so tasks could be sorted correctly.
- MangaToshokan removed almost all its manga, please read this for more details. I think manga publishers are going wrong way. Online scan make manga popular so authors/artists/publishers can earn a lot of money.
Please go to Options >> Update >> Check “Download data files from DomDomSoft server“, then update MangaToshokan to get new data file.

i just accidentally cancel the bookmark download package, than i cannot find any manual check to rescan the bookmarks
so for the next update if u can please add the the option to rescan the bookmarks

- Hi, the bookmarks cannot be re-scan because if you cancel/download, the manga will be updated to latest chapters.
- Transfer bookmark from one site to another is quite hard because the name of manga in different sites is not the same.

There is no way to rescan the bookmarks if we click “no,” and because it has happened to me b4, I would suggest a confirmation dialogue when we click “no” to the “would you like to download the bookmarks” question (like “are you sure?”). I doubt ppl would click “no” a lot since if they’re opening DMD, why wouldn’t they want to download/read manga.

ya, my friend asked me to find him a web to read raw mangas but it was so hard to find.
Can you add unixmanga too? They have a lot of manga collection, and in high quality too. Since Manga Toshokan remove almost all manga title, I think this one can substitute it.

Hello. I’m still having the same error like last time (Index was out of range…). It’s only happen when I redownload errors chapter. I wonder if that cause the problem.

The first version I downloaded (forgot which one) allowed me to download 10 diff manga’s at once.
Bug #1: The later ones have a bug where if you select download all for more than 4 manga’s at once “Now Loading Please Wait” will freeze the program.
Suggestion: Before downloading manga, refers to download folder to see if it is already there. Rather than going to the server, downloading, & then overriding the manga chapter zipped file.

Bug#2: because of onemanga’s mature content moved over to 1000manga, chapters in domdomsoft are showing up as (0) until you select “download all” . . . then the correct amount show up.
Not really sure if this can be fixed, but thought it best to inform you.

This is just the problem about “out of date” manga list.
I have re-updated OneManga list in DomDomSoft server, please update it from DomDomSoft server to fix this problem.

I think we rly need something for bookmarks, cause now when alot of mangas r removed from MT alot of ppl have alot of bookmarks not working and its rly hard migrate to another site…

I’m trying to download chapter 34 for manga Cage of Eden from OneManga but it gets stuck on “Loading Cage of Eden 34″ under status. Tried to cancel it and redownload but the same thing happens every time. Is there anyway to get around this?
There are some updates that do the same thing too, could this be due to the uploader’s server?

Same here, well I think I did have a problem with chapter 33 as well like 34, but later after trying again it was successful. As for 1000manga, I have full access to it. Probably it just being a pain for me.

There is a manga site that my friend recommended to me recently. http://cartooniverse.co.uk/ It has both Thai and English translated manga. It also shouldn’t be too hard to be parsed too. Could you add this site in the next update?

The downloader worked well for a time, but started to crash after a couple minutes of being open, now it won’t even open before it crashes on me.

is there a way to skip files that have already been downloaded. also after a crash everything in the download list gets removed is there a way to keep the list.

For somereason its not skipping it redownloads a whole series and the crashs happen when adding more then 10 downloads and if you leave it and the screen saver comes up it crashs and all it says is program has stoped working. also after the crash its still in process and wont open again till you kill the process. also thanks

I’m having the same problem. I’m actually about to cry. onemanga seems to be doing it most, but then on AnimeA it pops up the window like it found the details, but it’s empty. I’m running 2.6.8 and my web browser is Firefox.
