DomDomSoft Manga Downloader version 2.1.7 release

This is a maintenance release. We recommend that all users running prior versions of DomDomSoft Manga Downloader upgrade to benefit from bug fixes and stability improvements.

- Bugs fixed.
– Improve program auto update (from now on the program will be one-time update, for example: no need to update from 2.1.1 to 2.1.2, then update from 2.1.2 to 2.1.3, the program will auto update from version 2.1.1 to 2.1.3).
- Fixed MangaHut bugs. You can download all manga at this site normally now.

Some features like speed up “Loading” part, choose different scanlators at MangaHut etc. will be added after the program is really stable.

   Is an option to automatically change file extensions from zip to cbz possible?

   Is CBZ only diferent with ZIP at the name (extension)?

   CBZ is just a renamed ZIP extension :). CDisplay Comic Viewer reads such files

   Use Bulk Rename Utility. In the right lower corner, there is the option to change extension.
