DomDomSoft Manga Downloader version 2.1 release

I must release this version sooner than I expected to fix one major bugs. Because of that, I could not add all new features, I will add them later.

What’s new?

1/ Minor bugs fixed.

2/ Major bug fixed: This bug causes the programs could not detect missing page (Show error(s)).

3/ MangaHelpers supported. (The program can only download if the chapter has online reading part).

4/ Download each task to each directory:

5/Auto format single digit file name to three digits (eg: 1.jpg –> 001.jpg)

6/ New Bookmarks Manager GUI.

   Not really matter actually if that feature always on. It’s a great feature and not cause a single problem yet. Just for “eye candy” & future compability, I suggest it’s optional

   For example/actual case, claymore manga chapter 1 from onemanga consist of this filenames by following order:
   - 00-cover.jpg
   - 00-insert.jpg
   - 01.jpg
   - 02.jpg
   - 03.jpg
   - 04-05.jpg
   - 06.jpg
   .
   .
   - credits.jpg

   After that feature ON (since v2.1 I believe) :
   - 00-cover.jpg
   - 00-insert.jpg
   - 001.jpg
   - 002.jpg
   - 003.jpg
   - 04-05.jpg
   - 006.jpg
   .
   .
   - credits.jpg

   The order still the same :), but variation of name make it a bit messy.

   Because of limited program’s AI (as program do handle what they programmed for and don’t have improvisation skill like human do). The pages renamed partially and not beauty if you look at the example above.

   For now it’s fine, because still readable and not mess up file order. But, there are many scanslation group with many different taste of naming their file. And there’re many manga web supported also. I just affraid it will lead to something unplesant in the future (both for you and for end user). And if that happen, it’s always best to have a turn off button

   that auto file rename from 1 to 001 is a very nice feature although I’ve a suggestion that it should be extended to the zip file name (example Fruits Basket 001 instead of Fruits Basket 1)
