Which Web Browser is the best?

Five best web browsers

A web browser is a software application for retrieving, presenting, and traversing information resources on the World Wide Web. We use its everyday.
But which web browser is the best? We have 5 candicates, and i order them base on my opinion:

1/ Mozilla FireFox 3:

The good: Firefox 3 touts faster rendering, vastly reduced use of system resources, clever new data-mining tools for your bookmarks and browser history, and more security features than any other browser.

The bad: Firefox 3 will no longer support Windows 95, 98, and Me; same with Mac OS X, versions 10.2 and earlier.

The bottom line: If only for the speed, lightness of being, and security alone, Firefox remains Editors’ Choice (CNET) for best Internet browser.

2/ Internet Explorer 8:

Microsoft’s release should retain its browser base but doesn’t yet have enough to lure loyal Firefox users back to Internet Explorer.

What is totally new about IE 8? Internet Explorer 8 is in its final testing stage and the version is currently available for evaluation. Most of the internet users look for ease of use, faster browsing of the web. One of the latest feature that adds with Internet Explorer 8 is the WEB SLICES. This is a cool tool which keeps users automatically updated with the parts of the web page that has been recently updated.

Accelerators are an other new feature in the IE 8 – This feature helps the user to automate the steps involved in performing browser based tasks.There are tasks that most of the web internet users use everyday, such as looking up addresses, using a map service, sharing content which all needs numerous steps to finish up. With accelerator add on this process can be done much faster by highlighting the text on the page. Over 80 accelerators are already available.

3/ Google Chrome:

Google Chrome is an open source web browser developed by Google. It builds on components from other open source software, including WebKit and Mozilla, an d is intended to provide greater stability, speed and security more so than existing browsers, while presenting a simple and efficient user interface.

4/ Safari:

It’s a browser. It’s a platform. It’s an open invitation to innovate. Whether on a Mac, PC, iPhone, or iPod touch, Safari continuously redefines the browser, providing the most enjoyable way to experience the Internet. version 4 has recently been released. Works perfectly with Microsoft Windows 7.

5/ Opera:

Opera is a cross-platform, free, Internet suite that handles just about every Internet-related tasks. The rendering engine (presto) makes surfing the web extremely fast, but Opera doesn’t stop there. Packed into one small application, Opera can also handle sending and receiving e-mail messages, managing contacts, IRC chat, BitTorrent file transfers, Opera Link; the online storage synchronization of user data (Bookmarks, Speed Dial Settings, Typed in History, Searches) that can sync with other installations of Opera on both the desktop and mobile phone clients, and has a wide range of Widgets (web based applications that run inside the browser).
